to anyone approached by universal gas and electric to switch gas service, DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LIES! this is a extremely dishonest company and you will be trapped for five years! Our business was hounded relentlessly by universal salespeople for four or five days in a row. their people misinformed us about consumers power pricing and told my employees that we could cancel this "agreement" at any time. the way the economy is today it is hard enough to survive in a business environment. to be trapped into paying way too much for gas service is rediculous.i cannot believe that the state of michigan allowed this foriegn company (canadian) to rip off the people this way! BEWARE!!!
