Five Star Vending promised me a set of 9 machines to be placed in Travis Airforce Base. After I put my down payment, they said they were going to contact the airforce base to set up an appointment for me to visit the facility and get my security clearance. The appointment was delayed time and time again.

After several months of back and forth, the sales person who contacted me resigned. I requested to get my money back from his boss, Mike. It took me a very long time to get a hold of him. Finally, he sent me a form for refund, I sent it back and I never heard back from him. They disappear and nobody can contact them.

I was able to get a hold of a group of people in the same situation. We are trying to get together and take actions against this company. They are no longer in business, but the owner has opened anothe business called Cerami Shield, Inc at the same location.

I have a client in New York who was ripped off by same people and have commenced a lawuit against them I have only other report on these people. Another person in Colorado was ripped off using the same air force base scam

there is no "mike" mark miller uses different aliases. he was in cahoots with gene pierson, who is listed as vp of cerami shield. I have newst address for cerami shield. he is no longer in maitland...he moves every 6 months

We also know about a couple other lawsuit against the company. I have rad the document of the Colorado case as well. One of them is in our group has a pending case against them as well.

Mark Miller must be about to skip town

the phone number for his last company skylyn construction is now disconnected.

He will most likely sell the house so his victims can't go after it and then skip town.

Mark Miller Finally indicted

Miller was indicted on 7 felony counts including contempt for violating previous order that directed him to cease from participating in video franchise sales. Hopefully the victims will get restitution. Here is a link of a press release:
