Market Amerika, Morgan Bremner provides bad service for vending locating Carson Nevada

Morgan and I entered into a contract back in January 21, 2009 to place vending machines in locations as well as locating me retail locations a total of 29 locations. I paid him in full for the service and he still has not done and locations for me. He owes me $3350.00 for voiding our contract and he will not return my money. He tells me he is broke and the economy is bad and he cannnot get anymore business to repay me. He has committed fraud and I know he is not going to return my money to me. I have talked to Morgan several times by phone and he tells the same story over and over that he is broke. Well Morgan I paid you to do a job not to commit fraud. Morgan Bremner needs to get it together fast to avoid legal proceedings against him...
