Phillip Vernon Vernon Vending Services FRAUD Dallas, Texas

Please be aware that Phillip M. Vernon was found guilty in a class action suit brought against him in the state of Florida. You should be able to get information from the Sarasota Police department. He also has a long list of bad check writing.

Mr. Vernon has spent his entire life ripping people off. He took me for thousands. I am a single mom. He almost wiped me out.

Do not do any business with him.

I think this could be the same Phillip Vernon working out of a address in Ft. Worth Texas. 3853 E. Loop 820 South. 76119. I found his add in the ft. Worth Star Telegram and decided to look it up and paid a surprise visit. His warehouse is behind security gates but they were opened so I drove on in and had to ring a bell.

They let me in and looked surprised. I started asking a lot of questions and the person looked confused and you could tell he didn't know if he should answer them or not.

I was told Phillip was not there and given his business card. He called me back twenty minutes after I left. High pressure sales pitch to get me involved asap.
I have been in the vending business before and know not to get in a hurry without checking people out first. Also you never I mean never do business with people who take your money before a route is established. Always only purchase already existing routes and make sure they let you see them and talk to the people at the business or apt. complexes were the machines are placed. Asked to see the sales permit and write the registration numbers down so you can check on it with the State comptroller office.

His company is called Vending Concepts. As of now I couldn't find one single complaint or comment on this company on the internet which makes me very suspicious. Changing names and moving on I suppose. He pulled his ad soon after my visit. I hope this helps somebody from not getting ripped off.
