I am just one of hundreds that fell for this scam.

I, along with other family members, purchased the so called "Red Bull Franchise" from Creative Concepts of America. There was even a letter presented to us from Red Bull North America to CCA confirming their business relationship. We called RBNA and confirmed this was a legitmate business venture.

With our purchase we were given protected territories, warranties, a theft and vandalism policy, and placement of our Red Bull vending machines in high traffic areas. Oh and lets not forget the money. Oh the money we were told we would make in this venture. Profits up to $7,000 a month.

What a crock!! We had 3 machines. We placed them. Had no help from anyone. One was stolen. We lost the machine, all the cash in it, and all the product that was stocked in it. So we are out that money and have been paying on a loan for something we no longer have. And of course since CCA is now bankrupt and RBNA says it is not there responsibility we are out a lot of hard earned money each and every month.

Then we have the RBNA buy back program. They offered to pay us $1,000 per machine. Another slap in the face.

Another twist to this story. Oh I won't give this one away. I will wait for the media to tell the stories of all the victims of this scam.

This whole business venture has been a joke. Who would ever think such a well known company would ever allow this to happen to so many unsuspecting AMERICANS. IT IS MY BELIEF THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN IN AUSTRIA.

Red Bull you need to stand up and take responsibility for what has happened. Last I read the owner of Red Bull holds 49 shares in the RB company and is worth 2 billion dollars. Well I think last count Americans were scammed out of 20 million. This would be pennies for the RB owner to pay us AMERICANS back what we have lost.

Together we have thousands of pages of documentation, emails, letters, phone records, agreements, and a lot of contridictions. I look forward to speaking with the media and hope that RBNA will resolve this issue.
