Red Bull Red Bull partnered with Creative Concepts to steal millions for individuals Santa Monica California

Red Bull created a vending program thru a company called Creative Concepts in Florida. I heard about the vending program thru franchiseopportunies.com. We contacted Red Bull directly about the program to find out if it was legitimate and we were told yes and we had to contact Creative Concepts directly.

I partnered with another individual and purchased 50 vending machines. Our total came out to about $200,000. With this price we bought 50 new vending machines, we were to get assistance with locating the machines and were to get 18,000 cans of Red Bull.

Our first shipment of 25 machines came used form another vendor in California. Our second 25 machines ended up in a warehouse in Florida. We ended up having to pay another $10,000 to have the machines shipped and again these were all used machines. We never received any product or locating assistance.

Creative Concepts shortly folded business and we were told that we would receive full assistance with Red Bull and the local distributors. We would be able to but the product from the local Red Bull distrubutors and also they would help assist in locations for the machines.

This turned out to be bogus also, my distributor found a location so great that he offered to buy 6 machines from me so he can service the location himself. At that time per Red Bull going rate of the machines were $1700. This was a total joke beause we supposidly purchased a franchise and had a protected territory which never happened.

We were contacted later by Red Bull to settle and they would buy back out machines. I signed some paperwork to receive a check for about $26,000 to just end this nightmare. All along Red Bull told us they were not responsible but yet they felt sorry for us and bought the machines back.

At the end of the day, I have to file bankruptcy because of debt Ive incurred with this ordeal and my wife has left me because of financial problems. Help me please.
