I told (Greg) the locator that I would write an update after the first month of the machines being loacated. I can see that "you listened" to that conversation. Yes, I did tell Chris(your partner) that I would update, but I did not tell him when.
I'm a little confused about the issue of the contract,Chris told me that you said I didn't follow the contract because I didn't go to every location with the original locator(a lie). I followed him and his brother to EVERY LOCATION. But yet in your rebuttal your saying that I didn't send monthly reports(a lie). I will be happy to RE-send those reports to you. You need to get your stories straight.
If I didn't follow the contract Todd, you would have NEVER sent another locator. You drive people(your customers) to the point where they have to resort to filing complaints and then you act surprised when they do so.
I tried for 9 months to get you to do something(something that I paid for) and forwarned you that I would start to file complaints. You abused my patience and brought this on yourself.
But here you go-According to the warranty that I Paid For Todd Parker sent a locator to relocate some of my machines. I would like to thank Greg for coming out and taking care of business.
