I signed the contract on September 30. 2008. It said that they would relocate the machines every 90 days if they did not produce. I got 12 of them back before the 90 days and 10 of them that did not produce. In January, I called Jennifer and told her I needed them to relocate my machines. She said that the warranty was void because I had not sent in my route check lists. I told her that I had sent them in by certified mail every 3 weeks as the warranty stated. She said that the documents were "missing" and that she did not believe that I had sent them in. I went to the post office and got the proof that all of them were received by her company and even sent her the signatures of the employees that signed for them. She then called me and said that she would approve my warranty. She said to call her in 2 weeks because thay were behind in relocating. I called her the middle of January. She said to call her the middle of February - I was second on the list. I called her the middle of February, she said to call her the middle of March. When I called her in March, she said they could not honor the warranty because the economy was so bad. I paid $1,350 for that contract and the machines are sitting in my spare room. I was very upset and she said she didn't care, it was not her problem she has 3 kids to worry about and she doesn't have the money to pay the relocaters. She has had business' under 3 different names and every time they go under because of her poor business practices, she changes the name and starts over again. So don't do business with Jennifer Buffington Putnam!
