We provided veterinary services to Robert Ruvio in May 2004 and last week Jan. 2010. He ripped us off both times with similar method.

He thanks us profusely for great work done.  Tells us he is a local business man.  He does not have his check with him. Promises to go home to get credit card to pay and never comes back.  In 2004 he left a deposit to get started.  This year (we had forgotten about first incident) he had us collect a bunch of standard lab test that we were to hold pending his return.  But we were unable to take back the treatment already given (fixed a nail bed problem) nor take back the vaccines.  Running the blood test was a smoke screen to make him seem sincere about returning.

I reported this to the police and they know him as a very good local con man.  I would like to work with other victims to stop this guy and have him arrested and put in jail where he belongs.
