The pet insurance itself is of no use since they have so many excluding conditions that you can virtually get little or no reimbursement for anything. My cat got sick and the vet bill was $135 they paid only $35!!

We called to cancel and we assured that we would not be charged anymore on 2 separate policies. Couple of months later we found out only 1 policy had been cancelled and the other was being charged as usal. Another phone call to customer service - we were told that they do not show on their files that we are being charged yet our checking account had been charged that same monnth. They said they would take care of it. We assumed so - not really, few months later we realized that we were still being charged and called customer service again! They gave us the same runaround that their records show we were not being charged.. We gave up and had to close our checking account to stop these unauthorized charges.

A worthless insurance policy which is a ripoff and then they bled us another hundred something dollars with this automatic checking withdrawal scam - BE WARNED!!
