Video Silo Most poorly run company ever Northbrook Illinois

I E-mailed Video Silo on 10/20/07 asking for materials with which to send them a video tape for conversion. They promptly sent me the requested materials, and I promptly sent them the tape. I heard nothing, received nothing and received no replies to any of my E-mail inquiries. Phone calls are futile. I finally E-mailed them and told them to keep the money and the DVD and to just send me my tape. Today 12/24/07, I received a crushed video tape in the mail. These people obviously have some problems. It's as if they're going out of their way to conduct business as badly as they can. Ridiculous. There's obviously something going on with these people that I have no way of understanding, but they shouldn't make the innocent consumer suffer as a result of what ever craziness they're up to. They need to be stopped.
