VIDEO SILO - Receives Unsatisfactory By BBB Never Get Response ripoff Highland Park Illinois

This is in reference to video silo previous hostage situation. Received finally their tapes/DVD's. Two of the original tapes were missing and no DVD associated with the missing tapes. Secondly one DVD worked and the other was totally destroyed intentionally by video silo.
