Video Silo Robbed me of my precious home videos of my kids ages 1 and 3 Northbrook,Illinois

I sent my request to have this company transfer my tapes to DVD. They sent me the shipping package and returned my tape and DVD's in a timely manner. When I tried out one of the DVD's the DVD played in fast forward motion and had lines throughout the entire screen! I contacted via email because they don't answer the phone nor return phone calls. I received the exact same response as the previous report filed. I also returned the videos via priority mail at my own expense and it has now been 8 weeks.

I have filed a BBB complaint which led to nowhere and throughout numerous phone calls and follow up emails to them I received one response from them asking me how I returned the videos...that was on July 3, 2007.

I would love to see them put MY testimonial on their website!!
