Video Silo, Scott & Michael Wolf Stay Away from these EVIL Scum ripoff Highland Park Illinois

I sent my request to have this company transfer my tapes to DVD, after they were highly recommended by GOOGLE. They sent me the shipping package and actually returned my tape and DVD's on time. When I tried out one of the DVD's there was NO AUDIO! I contacted them they said no problem send them in we'll take care of it right away. Actual response e-mail

This sounds very strange, as we simply copy the entire video and audio contents of the tape to DVD. However if you do feel there is an error, you may follow the RMA instructions below:

We apologize for this inconvenience. All Video Silo products are tested Before shipment, however sometimes a tape may not play well, or a DVD may Become scratched during the shipping process.
If you feel there are problems with your DVDs, we will take a look and Replace them as necessary free of charge per our terms of service.

*** Please Note:
- Our machines look for 2 hours of video from every tape. If there is blue screen at the end of your video, that means that either your tape ended, or the end of your tape didn't contain video. Many videos do have blank spots in the middle of tapes; this is why we ensure all video is transferred by allowing your tapes to run for 2 hours.
- Divx Player / Codec, www.divx.com is required to view Data-DVDs on your computer, and with your editing program. This is a free download for Macintosh and Windows.

I sent my tapes back on my own dime and I have not herd from them in over 11 weeks despite numerous call and countless emails.
