American Entertainment Distributors Received my machine the day before AED went under Hollywood Florida

I was lucky enough to receive my machine the day before AED was shutdown. The installer, however, didn't make it. I live in Canada and for a foreigner to do any work here they must have a work permit. He didn't have a permit and consequently was sent back to the US enroute to doing my installation.

I don't want to give up yet. So if anybody knows how to get a hold of one of the installers, it would be greatly appreciated.

I know of a Tech

I know of a former utech worker who got laid off that could possible install your machine. His name is Justin and I have his contact information. However, I am not sure how you would be able to contact me to get it.

I also purchased a machine. And I purchased it on June 3. Casear was the sales person who sold the machine to me. I actually flew out to Florida and saw the location. It seemed like they were running a ligitamate operation.

Ed Falour and Ousler told me that they shipped it the week of Sept 27 with North American Van Lines. They told me that a tech would come out to install the machine for me either on Tuesday or Wednesday. I dont know what to believe now. The reason I have Justin's number is because he was trying to sell me a product called WIFI which can be installed to the machine also and hone out a wireless signal that is strong enough for people within a ten mile radius to tap onto the network. He told me I could call him on his cell phone with any questions. I kept the number and now know of a tech who could possible install the machines since he did get training. Justin told me he spoke with Ousler and he said that they did infact ship my machine. I wish I knew of a way to communicate with you guys in the same position as me.

THOSE GUYS CANNOT LEGALLY PROVIDE TECH SUPPORT TO US AND THEREFORE WILL EVENTUALLY GET SHUT DOWN TOO.

PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY OF THESE GUY'S WHO WERE FIRED OR LAID OFF FROM UTECH. THESE GUY'S WEREN'T PERFORMING THEIR JOB CORRECTLY THAT IS WHY THEY NO LONGER WORK FOR UTECH.

I OWN A MACHINE MYSELF AND I WANT TO MAKE SURE EVERYBODY GETS THE RIGHT SUPPORT WITHOUT GETTING TAKEN FOR MORE MONEY.

THOSE GUYS CANNOT LEGALLY PROVIDE TECH SUPPORT TO US AND THEREFORE WILL EVENTUALLY GET SHUT DOWN TOO.
