After reading some disturbing information regarding this website and other fraud/scam reporting blogs- I attempted an early cancellation of a video subscription billed through epoch.com. The online "cancellation" process simply presents the user with a confirmation of their account data and provides no method of actually initiating the cancellation, i.e., no button or box to click.. STAY AWAY from these guys. I've already contacted my CC company requesting they do not honor any subsequent rebilling attempts from epoch.com. In fairness, they provide an email response capacity and I await their email reply to my query regarding their apparent "dead-end" cancellation process.
