Garcia Media Group, Aka Www.tvboxset.com, Aka SXR CA SCAM: Charged my credit card for an order I never received and doesn't answer e-mails Montreal Or Tampa Quebec or Florida

I ordered a Twilight Zone DVD set for $149.98 (includes shipping) from www.tvboxset.com (order no. 12773), aka the Garcia Media Group, aka SXR CA. My credit card was charged on June 14, and the package was shipped from Canada on June 19, according to www.canadapost.ca (tracking number CE500795928CA). There is no real "tracking," however; the Canada post office says the "standard delivery date" was June 25, and nothing changes or updates from that. Is this part of the scam?

I received the tracking number from "dvdsupport@tvboxset.com" only when I asked for it, not automatically as promised. Since then, my e-mails have gone unanswered and my package has never arrived. Today is July 10, the 15th business day from June 19, and it should have been here by now. The Web site sounds so friendly and helpful, but this is completely false advertising.

So today I Googled "Garcia Media Group," and what did I find but two reports on www.ripoffreport.com that the business is a scam! My credit card charge was from "SXR CA" in Montreal, Canada. There is no address or phone number on the Web site, but one of the reports on your site also gives a Montreal address. When I tried to file a report with the Better Business Bureau in Canada, however, it had a Tampa, Florida, address for the Garcia Media Group (at 1701 N. Avenida Republica De Cuba) and switched me over to the Florida BBB.

It sounds like the Garcia Media Group a bunch of right-wing anti-Castro Cuban mafiosi thugs. Do not order from this company! Is there any way I can get my money back? Could we file a class-action suit against these lying, thieving scum and at least put them out of business?
