This company appeared on my pc advertising different fireplace dvds at a special price..Paid $21.67 on the 14th September 2008. Never received goods. To date I must have written in EXCESS OF 20 communications - They pretend to use different order numbers stating that the order is cancelled and no monies were taken. Ignoring the true numbers and facts WITHOUT DOUBT THEY ARE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE NET I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED\ - it's obvious that they are not wanting to resolve this issue - but just to keep up the pretence and KEEP MONIES PAID TO THEM - production of goods
