I pay for the 3 movies out at a time program. So far I have recieved 5 upplayable movies. they have done nothing to help. I finally got to talk to a superviser & I was tolg I would be given 2 vouchers for 1 extra dvd to get with my normal order, wich is very lame as I can only watch 1 movie at a time. That is just the same as my plan. I ask for them to credit my account & they basiclly luaghed at me. BE CAREFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. i AM NO LONGER A MEMBER!!!!!

AUTHOR: OC-Attorney - Huntington Beach (United States of America)

I have been happy with netflix for a couple  of years.  Every now and then I receive a dvd that is scratched or has some smudge on the play side.  I get discouraged with how people treat the discs.  I probably have had 4 or more discs that wouldn't play.  I got one that was broken in half.  When ever I have a problem I go to my queue.  To the right of the name of the disc shipped is a link "report problem."  when I click on it there are a few questions like, won't play, broken, didn't receive it, etc.  When I click on the proper response I get an immediate response saying so sorry and a replacement will be shipped the next business day.   Later I receive an email telling me that my disc has been shipped and an apology for my inconvience. Each time I used this feature I have a received a good playing disc within 48 hours.  It never occured to me to try to telephone the president of netflix in the middle of the night as an alternative to using the report problem feature.   I may try that next time.  Why should you be the only one to enjoy receiving all the abuse?
