On Oct.23 I found the site filepie.com the deal was stated to be 10 movies for .99, thinking it was like columbia house,music where you get several cds for .99 then have to buy so many in a year, !

I signed up only to learn I could not get the movie I wanted,as it was a new release, in fact I could not get any movie realeased in 2009,!

 I canceled without downloading anything, that was Oct. 23, then on Oct. 28th  they had withdrawn 39.90 from my account.!!

 There is no address or telephone# to contact them for a refund and they have a site to cancel but when I tried to go there it says the page was closed, NOW I have to cancel my credit card and go to alot of trouble to make sure they don't steal any more money from me.

 I did learn a lesson!!! I won't buy anything online useing my credit card ever again!!!!!
