I am losing my patience with TVDVDBoxsets company. Although they are corresponding with me they refuse to answer direct questions. Offering to replace my bad discs but will not confirm that the replacements will be any better and absolutely refusing to answer my request for a postal address.

I have a complete set of about 76 discs and now they say they do not want the discs back but will send replacements. Don't believe it. I don't want the discs as they are unwatchable. Smiller 329 North Palm Beach Florida and Broadway Millwall Park Australia you appear to have managed to get 'Chargeback' Please, please have you got a postal address for this company.

My credit card company will not give me chargeback without a postal address even though the company have stated that they do not want the discs returned.

Finally got an answer from TVDVDBoxsets offering either a refund or partial refund and to keep discs. I chose a full refund and got back a postal address. Yes you've guessed it the address is in CHINA. I have written back asking why china and suggesting that they are not a reputable company and am now awaiting an answer. I must be an optimist.
