This sounds great for a small or startup business, but business owners beware: The system does not work properly and the customer service is nonexistent. Despite several calls to (1) help the fax work and (2) then cancel the subscription, never received help or call back or even email. No follow up, no help, disconnected calls...and I wasted valuable time and lost money, since I was unable to use the fax. Note: I have used successfully other fax, online or email services.

No refunds, no help...they just want your money.
