In Taek Kye( He call him as Mike), Korean, brought 3 checks(each $5,000,total $15,000) and cashied them at my store.

As he was good at all the checks he brought before the last 3 checks, my wife did cash it . All 3 checkes bounced as NSF and they were found as his mother's check with fake signature.

We dealt with him for around 5 months and we cashied the check after they were cleared at bank. Most of them were good before the last 3 checks.

While i was away for family emergency, he brought the last 3 checks and my wife cashied them for mistake of trusting him as my friend. Mike(In Taek Kye) has very fluent skills of talking .

We sued his mother and In Taek Kye for the bounced check.

Recently, Police visited us and gave the information that In Tak Kye is on wanted list by police because he got the real check from his customer for house remodeling and did not do the job and on run away.
