My veterinary company ordered a bulk supply of vaccine from mellow hope. We specialize in producing animal vaccines (most of which are basically slightly modified human vaccines).The individual assisting us with our order seemed to be clueless as to what was in stock and what the difference was between several of their vaccines. My business partner was skeptical about ordering from them and I should have listened. After a 15 minute delay because the manager assisting us had no clue to the price we finally got a quote. We were told to write the check out to a company named Mena Mar Group who handled their accounts receivable. So we did and got the FedEx tracking number but the vaccine never came just an empty FedEx box. So we called and called and could not get a hold of anybody at Mellow Hope. The check had been cashed so we then tried Mena Mar Group and talked to somebody there. They apologized and said they would take care of it. Finally a box arrived of vaccines stored and shipped inapropriately (some vaccine has to be stored at a certain consistent temp) and seemed used. I recognized some of the packages as vaccines from other manufacturers and they were real packages but the vaccine was faux. We are currently bringing a lawsuit against HTDS (the parent company of Mellow Hope apparently) and Mena Mar Group who blatantly stole our money.
