I evicted Sabrina Louise Grissom aka Sabrina Lilly Grissom for unpaid rent many years ago and here is an example of the correspondence she's continued to harrass me with:

"In 2004 I rented a condo from you and paid you a 250 security deposit. I filed bankruptcy in 2005 and your judgment was listed on the bankruptcy.

You are in bankruptcy violation of the bankruptcy act concerning the removal of this debt due to filing bankruptcy.

The total amount due is 250 security deposit and 750 in interest accrued from the year 2004. I will pursue this in court if it is not returned asap to me in the form of check or money order.

You are in severe violation and my rights concerning this money is mving into the theft territory as not being returned. Therefore I suggest you pay the amount due asap or court procedures will follow.

If you have any information regarding Ms. Grissom's whereabouts please feel free to contact me. It is time I sue her for accrued damages plus harrassment and extortion. I have already contacted some of her former landlords and creditors. As soon as she stops paying rent she starts harrassing her landlords submitting false accusations to the police and city officials, the IRS (alleging landlords don't report rental income) and public defamation such as the ones she's posted under false identities on this site.

But, don't take my word for it. This site doesn't check for facts.

REview Dr. Vahabzadeh's report on Sabrina Lilly Grissom and protect yourself demanding to see her photo id and ss card for an extensive background check. Demand real referrals and proof of work history and permanent physical address.

WOW Mr. Moore your post just proves what a theif and liar you are. I mean if you owe someone money and they are sending you letters asking for that money returned then you stupidly post it on this site proving you owe someone money.. wow.. and you can't even spell criminal.. thats how it is spelt.

I hope you have proof of any of YOUR accusations cause if you don't slander is a very horrible thing to have to go through in court. What animal cruelty did this person do?

Sounds to me like you are claiming this because you are upset they are asking for their 250 dollars back plus interest.. guess what psycho stalker you owe that person the money if you have not returned the security deposit according to the law you have to return security deposit to person if they file bankruptcy.

Sounds like Sabrina should get a lawyer and sue the crap out of you for all that money and defamation of charater of what you put on this website.

WOW.. and your claiming she is defaming YOUR name.. dude sounds like you are seriously in need of a reality check.!!!!

LAwsuit coming your way hopefully.. I hope that girl reads this entry..

and your right thsi site doesn't check facts cause if they did they would know the things you claim are unlawful and defamation.. hey thanks for putting your name on here so whoever your takling about can sue your butt

Have fun in court mr.. and your posting also shows that you are HIDING from your creditor and running from having to pay this person back for the money you refused to return..

you are such a bad landlord.. most good landlords return security deposits..immediately...

Watch people.. not only does this guy take and keep your money apparently he wants to sue you for trying to get it back.. what a character.

Note that in the first reprot, the person has the tendency to "double capitalize" words, such as "DAvid MOore?"

Then, in a rebuttal follow up we see more of the same, right in the title! And boy, does that "person" filing the rebuttal take the side of the OP with a vengance!
