In 2004, we purchased a 7 year Rv contract for $3700, from Heritage. We have used it twice between 2004, & 2006.

In 2009, we had a previously covered repair, re-occur. Our local RV repair Tech, informed us that this contract is no longer any good....

After paying for this repair out of "Retired" pockets, we have sent a copy to the company who bought up the ( struggling, & financially drained Heritage Administrative Services) to National Administrative Services/Dimensions owner of both companies.

No-one can even answer the phone, since April 4th, it just rings busy, busy, busy, 24/7.....

Here we go again!

Since first report of no service for Heritage, we have experienced 3 more repair issues, and today a $1,000, replacement for problem water heater, We still can't even get anyones attention, nor the chance to cancel the remaining contract. Thanks Heritage for taking our money ($3,700.)  Guess we've been taken as well.
