Nowhere in there website do they tell the truth . They state that if something breaks just call us up and we send someone to fix it. Heres the truth. After my pregnant girlfriend bought her house she had owners get a home warranty to throw in and was happy thinking that if something breaks it will only cost her the deductable. Well winter started coming and when she tried to get heat upstairs for her other kid . No heat. She called them up and they said SORRY we have nobody . Get your own guy and follow this huge list of rules we will tell you on a recorded message on the phone.  Already seeing her stressed I begged  them to let me help. I know I was not on the paper for house owner ,  but I payed most the bills. They wouldn't even give me the common curtousy of saying 1 word to help my then 8 month pregnant girl not get stressed. There was only five heating guys around and after we finally found a heating guy willing to work with them ( Now seeing why ) , He went to get his work pre-approved and they hassled every word he said and told us they don't like him get someone else.  Well there was nobody else and my girl had to just take the lowsey 150$ limit they would give us if we used him and we took a 400$ loss.    Well I am planning on getting them . I know there games now . Now our ceiling fan burned out and a few dimmer switches are shot. They once again tell us  SORRY get your own guy. Theres over 100 electricians around and they cannot get one. Well I will . And trust me , after we mark up all his work , get it approved and then pay him on the side we will get those rippoff bastards that stress pregnant women in the cold.   If your reading this do yourself a favor and stay away from Old Republic. Save the money for repairs as they come up.
