Avid Hosting My domain name was ripped off and they continued to charge my CC after concellation Pearland, Texas

Avid Hosting took over my domain that I already owned before they were contracted to host my web site. I was unable to transfer to another host and by business web and email were down for a long time.

Also after I cancelled the web hosting account they continued to charge my credit card for monthly service.

I found this company to be very hard to work with. Every time I was able to talk to someone and thought my problems were being handled, nothing would happen and I would have to start all over again. I have a large file of copies of correnspondence with this company that shows how much time and effort it took to deal with this company about these problems.
