Like others reporting, I have fell victim to the Lack of professinalism of CherryOne Web Design in Chicago. The sales people are very pushy and once they get your payment or deposit then you will never hear from them.

I hired CherryOne to complete a new website for me and after the initial design stage was completed and agreed upon I had given them payment in order to proceed to the next stage. Everytime I called for an update
I was told the the engineering dept was out to lunch and someone would be calling me back. Days went and no phone calls were ever returned. I sent an email to the designer that started working on my site and he replied telling me that his manager would be getting in touch with me soon. According to the American Heritage Dictionary, Soon means "In the near future; shortly.
Without hesitation; promptly" This should not translate to not hearing back at all.

I was researching on the internet to see if I could get a name of a manager or such for CherryOne. Well, I wish i had done this before I wasted my time with them. Thanks to the reports that I have seen here, I have called my Credit Card Issuer to inquire about a chargeback for work never compelted or delivered. After several mins and with the help of the Rep we discovered that CherryOne charged my credit card for FULL payment rather than the agreed upon deposit. I am now in the dispute process and will not speak to Cherryone regarding the issue. Im sure once they get notice of the credit card chargeback they will try to contact me. It will be too little too late.
