Guildomatic Fat Goose, Inc. Refused Refund Despite Horrible Service San Fransico, California

Over the course of my subscription (8/18/09; date of which I started my guild's website) with "Guildomatic" I have become very unsatisfied with the level of hosting and lack of customizable options that the service provides. I am constantly plagued by slow response times when browsing my guild's website or when attempting to edit something on the administration panel.

Unfortunatley, I purcahsed a years subscription in advance thinking I would save money..What I ended up doing was loosing out on 100.00 dollars.. When I decided I did not want to continue on with the service; GuildOMatic denied me a refund on the time I had yet to use on my account (39 days in total). Instead, they attempted to pass me onto thier "other services". Needless to say my expreiece with this company has been anything but pleasant. I am posting the transcript of our "customer support" conversation in lieu that this does not happen to someone else.
