If you are looking for a webhosting service that gives you support and actually answers your questions stay away from HostHi. They don't only not give you support but there prices are always different it all depends on which staff member you get a reply from, and as far as understanding your questions, well all they do is cut and paste answers from a que sheet and always the wrong answer, you might get one out of ten questions answered correctly.

So stay away from them specially if you are a novice.
