Infinology Corporation Ripoff Dishonest took money from me and did not deliver as promised Los Angeles California

I have a business website that Infinology is webhosting. I paid for a two year plan and it will be up on Dec 24, 2006. I paid $45.00 to have an SSL Setup on my site so I can process credit cards. That was a month ago and I am still waiting for them to open the port so I can process credit cards.

I am losing customers and they don't care as long as they have my money. After numerous calls, emails & trouble tickets they still haven't opened the port. I have my web designer (who I am using to work on my site) who is waiting patiently to finish what he started. They never return calls or emails and never answer trouble tickets.

Either do what I asked to be done or give me my money back. They are a lousy rip off fly-by-night company that steals your money and does not deliver what is promised. I will never use them again and never refer them to anyone.
