I have not had the web hosting plan for a full month and decided to cancel last week. Customer service is a BIG JOKE! If you lose a password it takes 3-5 DAYS for them to email a response. THEY HAVE ACCESS TO ALL YOUR PASSWORDS FOR YOUR EMAIL AND HOSTING ACCOUNTS! IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE IT YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT?!

If you have a question about your service they ask for your password which I think is tacky because they already have them in front of them to verify. I like the privacy of having and being able to change my passwords whenever I feel like it. Not when their "billing" department feels like responding.

I purchased a few domain names and could not receive emails at those accounts but could send emails from them. Tech support was oblivious to how this was happening and did not know how it should be fixed so they suggested that I use Outlook to solve the problem. Then kept sending the same generic email that did not apply to what I was experiencing.

Billing department was often rude and will transfer you in the middle of explaining problem. Outdated open source ecommerce and blogs. Links did not work.

Just dont waste your time. Most times you are on hold for 15 minutes+ for a live chat session so you can imagine what calling hold times are like. I would not recommend doing business with them until they are able to support the workload. They HAVE to hire more knowledgable experts. Perhaps then and only then will they be OK.
