Service Group International SGI, sginetworks.com, ServiceGroupUSA.com set up subscription charge against my office phone account without authorization Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania

Our company Service Group International Corporation, the owner of ServiceGroupUSA.com is not affiliated with the "Service Group International" listed in this rip-off report.  We sympathize with the consumer and it is unfortunate that we share nearly the same name with this other unrelated company but we are not affiliated with them or "payment one" in any way, shape or form.



We do not work in telephone services, and are not located in the same state as the consumer nor the other "Service Group International". They are located in Pennyslvania or Iowa, we are not.



We kindly ask that the reference to ServiceGroupUSA.com be removed from the rip-off report because it  is defamatory and casts our company in a negative light, without due process or any proof whatsoever.



The company this consumer has a grievance with is apparently located in Pennyslvania or Iowa and they have filed legal action against them in court.  We are confident that the courts will settle this dispute in an appropriate manner between the two parties, and ask that ripoff report allow us to be taken out from the middle of this mess.



In the consumer's statement he/she even states, "I don't know if there is a connection."  To answer the question, no, there is no connection. Please delete this reference to us.
