I paid for a website to be made for myself to sell items for Amazon, Target, and GPS systems. I also purchased advertisment for my site that was supposed to guarentee atleast 10,000 hits to my site for the first year. I had several attempts by phone and emails to try and fix my web site, and each time promised the site would be update in the next 48 hours. This never happened, I never recieved any advertising as promised by UBS for my site

No credits have been issues from any of the sites purchased from UBS. My web page never worked right, I could never find it when searching the web or having friends try to find it on internet search.

I spent money for services and advertising that don't work. I have emailed and tried to call to complain and been given the run around. Basically came down to I purchased the web site, and advertising and no refunds are allowed. They told me it must have been operator error (me). Not true, I had several walk throughs with supposed UBS support staff to help me send the application requests to UBS. Each time nothing changed and they would transfer me to a different department. This company and it's affiliates are a rip off, be careful.
