I had a hosting account with this company, they automaticly renewed my accout (that was not being used) for another entire year, without any warning. They just charged my credit card. I called to get the account canceled, and they were very rude. They sent me an email, the next day to send in a request in writing. So I did that, and their reply was - your account is canceled, but we do not offer refunds. So 1 day after the renewal, they canceled my account that was paid for the entire next year, and refused to refund the money.
