Eric Fulks - Clic King LLC Aka YEP! Revenue Eric Fulks aka Clic King LLC refuses to pay for services, fakes "car crash" Charlotte North Carolina

I am a professional web designer operating out of Winston-Salem, NC. Eric Fulks posted an advertisement online for advertisement development (that is, making banner ads) on the website Craigslist.com, to which I contacted him on December 1, 2008.

Through the process, Fulks was rather decent, but picky- demanding that the ads I made him "blend in" with the site, in order to trick users into clicking his ads. His payments seemed decent, but they came later and later, and he seemed to switch between using his own name (Eric Fulks, via the e-mail original.and.clever@gmail.com) and that of Clic King LLC, to which he gave the number 704-244-4221.

After a few small projects, he requested a larger project (a series of ads), which I completed in two days- and never got anything back (except for a "how do I run this" kind of e-mail). No payment, no contacts, nothing. After e-mailing him for a while, he finally e-mailed back and said his "partner" (whom he never mentioned before) was in a car crash and he would try to get the money ASAP.

Of course, this never happened. After harassing him via a few more e-mails after Christmas, he said he would get money from his "girlfriend"- things began to get sketchier and sketchier.

A legal letter and multiple calls, e-mails, and paypal request-for-payments later, he still refuses to contact, and he now runs ads on websites like myyearbook.com. Stay away!!
