Let me tell you a story. I paid $600 to build a website that I could link to a data base that would cost me another $2200. One not good with out the other. I built the web site, contracted them to build the data base. One that would allow e mails, calender events, and scheduling. Once the work began, I received a contract for the work. $4400 was the price. Service rep said it was a mistake and that he would have it corrected and in the mean time, they would start the work. They took out the first $500 and went to work, or so they said! They then took out another $1500 a week later, a month ahead of time and $500 more than it was supposed to be. They did it again a week later. It took me 2 month's to just get $500 back.

In the mean time, no work was being done and no one would answer my e mails or phone calls. The customer service rep that made the promises was never to be heard from again. 2 month's later I received an e mail from the so called person who was going to build the data base, she asked a few questions and she said she was ready to go to work. 1 month later, still no work, no e mails, nada.

It all started back in April, it's now February. Occasionally I will get a call from a their finance department demanding the rest of the money for the work that was done.I have sent a hundred e mails to every supervisor, manager, president, vice president, customer service rep, and so on. I still have them all. Not to mention just as many phone calls.

Now, because I refused to pay any more for the data base that was barely started, they have shut off access to my web site. (still working, just can't edit it)

This really sucks, I would love to put together a group to go after our money!!
