If this company values "ALL" of it's customers so much, why so many bad reports?

We have never been treated like valued clients, even from the beginning. I must say although this firm built us a very nice web site, at double the price of the original quote and assured us our graphics were copy proof, you can imagine our surprise when we found them on another web site!

After notifying Heritage about this problem, we were informed it was our responsibility to pursue the copyright infringement. As a retired investigator for the Enforcement Division of California's Department of Consumer Affairs, that is exactly what we did, and we are happy to report that the infringement has been removed!

Now it is time to pursue Heritage for deceptive advertising practices! We are working closely with Federal Agencies and will report the outcome, when completed.

If you value your "DOLLARS", your money would be better spent elsewhere!

Questioning this reports validity

I question whether this is a real, valid report and officially request the OP to prove the validity of their post.

Things that make me question the truth of this report:

1. Poster has posted anonymously. (Not in itself too alarming but when combined with the following three...)

2. Poster says company provided website. If the poster owns the website, why would they expect the company making it to defend the copyright on it? It's your website, and your battle. (Unless the company was the one who ripped it off...?)

3.Why does an issue with copyright have to do with deceptive advertising?

4. What proof is the OP offering that this is real in any way?

The relationship between copyright infringement and deceptive advertising is due to the assertions made by the company that the specially designed material that was copied, was in fact " copy proof. " This was a major contributing factor in the higher price.

Company Takes Action To Correct Problem

We are happy to report since our posting on Ripoff Report, Heritage has corrected the problem by adding a watermark to our material, at no cost to us. Although this will not prevent the material from being reproduced, anyone who reproduces it will find our company logo embedded into the image, rendering it useless.

We applaud Heritage for making the effort to correct their errors. This company builds great web sites, they just need to improve their customer service and deliver what they promise. CASE CLOSED!

As a direct result of all of the above, this company no longer hosts our web site or receives any of our business dollars! We have taken our own advice and are better off spending our money elsewhere! What a way to build your business!!!
