Scott Hawkins & his paypal buddies Lori & Rithcie Holcomb, are apparantly in the business of manuevering clients into easy prey positions by asking for, & receiving, up-front deposits ($500-60%- in my case), for web design/construction work and not delivering ,
except to see to it that you have a website(that the client pays for)with nothing in it, & weeks of your time wasted. Avoid these fools at all costs.

I've spoken with 3 of Scott's clients---all decidedly unhappy
