We received a rude and threatening call from Jessica stating she wanted to cancel out her custom ring order one day before it was to ship..She kept saying crazy things that didn't make any sense..She admitted that there was a no-refund policy on custom diamond jewelry, but she was going to cancel anyway..

We said it was a beautiful hybrid diamond ring and she would love it..We actually extended the courtesy of taking the ring back if she didn't like it..She just blew up and said her parents were billionaires and we will be sued..Our response was we did nothing wrong and caused her no harm. The ring was finished on time by the tenth business day and would ship tomorrow..She was going to cancel anyway, before it was shipped, and ignore the no refund policy.

She went on with her threatening comments about our company..We told her Sona Diamond Jewelry was ranked #1 in the world by google in the man made diamonds category..Because we have a great number of visitors who buy from us and like our website and our products. Moreover, we have 1200 eBay testimonials and a 99% positive rating , written by each buyer and submitted into the central computer. This can't be faked..

She continued to say crazy things, like we ruined her life, and ruined her marriage, etc..All of this was recorded on our Polycom phone system and heard by the other members in the office..

We sent her a transcript of the conversation..The transcript, and recording, if necessary, with a beautiful hybrid diamond ring photo, will be sent to her credit card company to dispute her cancellation..And hopefully, get at least enough money back to cover our labor cost to build this magnificent work of art..
