I am the owner of Complete Video and would like you to know that the above story is a complete fabrication.

I never performed any video work for Angie in Arlington Heights, and have never heard of her.  It is a shame that websites such as this can be abused in such a manner.  While I applaud freedom of speech, this abuse is unsettling.

If these events actually took place, and the person was as upset as this person says, I would expect that there would be complaints to the BBB or Consumer Protection Agency, or a small claims suit.  I respectfully ask that you check these sources for such a complaint.  I assure you, that you will find none.

I have nothing to hide, and if you contact me directly, I am happy to provide you with legitimate references and information about my services. I appreciate that you are doing research to ensure that you get the best service possible, so it is my hope that will continue that research to learn the truth.

I've done business with Complete Video for about ten years. Never have there been any inkling of the types of chicanery that are alleged here. I’d be hard pressed to believe Complete Video capable of this.

My experience has always been exactly the opposite. Complete Video, and specifically Jeff, has always completed projects as agreed, and I haven’t a single complaint about this service.

I have known Jeff Blankenship to be a totally professional, honest, and really decent person who cares greatly about the quality of work he does.......These negative reports are clearly fabrications wriiten by someone who is out to hurt Jeff.....He has done many projects for our family and they have all been beautiful works showing a great deal of artistry and hard work.....He has also done commercial projects for people I know....They have all been very satisfied with Jeff's work and I'm sure would be willing to provide references to any concerned party...For someone to write negative reports with the intention of hurting another's reputation is a very serious matter.....I do understand that this type of thing is done from time to time by people with a vengence.....I can't understand why anyone would want to hurt Jeff....He's just too nice a guy.......If you are reluctant to do business with Jeff, I'd suggest you check out his personal references.....Don't take the word of someone who is impossible to reach and cannot backup the trashy stuff they right on a site like this....Call me anytime.........Rick Kludt (((ROR redacted)))

Jeff Blankenship has taken the photos for my band concerts for the past two years. He not only conducted himself with the utmost professionalism, but his photos were absolutely beautiful.

Jeff showed up for each event on time and worked continuously throughout the event. He and his partner took photos of every aspect of the event, using creativity and a very artistic eye.  They were unobtrusive and polite, before, during and after the concert. They photographed almost every individual in our rather large community band, capturing each person's personality.  

I have worked with a number of photographers over the years for many different kinds of events and have never found one I enjoyed working with as much as Jeff, nor one who's photography impressed me as much.

I have also seen a number of the videos he has put together for other events and found those just as compelling.  

When I have another event I need photographed or captured on video, I absolutely will be hiring Jeff Blankenship again.
