My grandmother booked this limo company for my wedding on 11/1/08. Not only did they never show up, but they charged her for the services. We have not received a phone call from them since. I have left a number of messages, but I never received a call. Seth made all of the arrangements with my grandmother and I wish I could have heard in his voice what kind of sleeze he was before I let her speak with him. My grandmother wanted this to be her gift to us on our wedding day and they didn't even have the decency to call and say they would not be able to come. I had to walk to church in my wedding gown with my bridesmaids holding up my train. It was extremely stressful and we have not been able to reach anyone at the company since. DO NOT USE THIS LIMO COMPANY!!! They are unreliable and inconsiderate! They now have an ad on craiglist that says RELIABLE service. . . liars.

To this date my Grandmother has not received a refund, or even a sincere apology, for the charges to her credit card. I have spoken with Seth and he has blamed a third party for the charges, he has given me the run-around about how we can be reimbursed and he has ultimately hung up on me. We recently gave my Grandmother a 70th Birthday party where we rented three limos for the night. Had our experience with Entertainment Express been a positive one, they would have had our repeat business. I state again...DO NOT USE THIS LIMO SERVICE!
