Go Wedding Dress WEDDING DRESS RIPOFF!!!! BEWARE!!! Hangzhou, Internet

I ordered my wedding dress from goweddingdress.com. The next day, they sent me an email requesting my measurements, which I provided.  A week later, I I received the same email and provided my measurements again.  This happened for another three weeks (they claim it will take them  @20days to make the dress), I sent them numerous messages, called their service phone number which nobody answered.  Their "live chat" is always offline.

I finally got through to someone two weeks before my wedding and asked about my order.  They said the would "rush" the order, and I would get it within the next week.  Hmmm...

So, I received the dress a week after their seamstress "rushed" the order.

It was 7" too long, the waist was  10" too wide (it actually bowed out past my waist and bust, which were also far too large.   After numerous emails with emailcheetah, she refused a discount, even after I sent them pictures of the measurements, laying flat as well as wearing it.  Still more excuses.

She finally agreed to pay for the cost of the "alteration".  $50.  I paid $279.00.  I took it to three seamstresses and they all just shook their heads, no way to fix it without tearing it apart and re-sewing it.  Which would cost almost $300.

I requested a full refund, numerous times.  She finally said that the most they could refund $120, which is less than half of what I paid for her dress, on top of having to buy another $400 dress on top of it, last minute.

I've had to keep requesting this refund, with a response of "I very sorry, but our company has experienced business losses, and this is the most we can refund you."

I ordered the dress on October 20th, Received it December 10th, disputed it with Paypal on December 15th, which they would not investigate since I received my order (filed my complaint) 45 days after purchase.

I have not received a refund as of this day.  1/30/2012.
