House Of Brides ripoff tried to have shoes resent with correct size they shoehorned me instead Chicago Illinois

Ordered shoes for my fiance', when they sent confirmation almost 2 weeks later, it was wrong. Called up and took almost 2 MONTHS! to try to get corrected.
Talked to Debbie and explained I was trying for almost 2 months to get order changed to the correct size. She basically told me I was out of luck because of the way the order went in.

I told her that there was some correspodance that I had with someone there. She said they had no record of me calling or sending e-mails! What thieves! They said I have to send them $10.00 to reship the shoes to the CORRECT address that they also botched up, for shoes that are 1 1/2 sizes too big for my fiance's feet!!
These people suck! All they are interested in is sacking your wallet and not giving a damn about their customers. They're lucky I live in NJ....These b**tards should be sued.
