Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Needing an evening gown not wanting to spend over 500 dollars but willing to spend up to five for the right gown should I have seen it, I was brought a used, wrinkled dress not fit for cinderella and told no less than 550.00 as is. Staff Very condescending. I was embarrassed that I ONLY was going to spend 500.00. At another store, I ended up purchasing a gown from a hollywood online store for 3800. Big loss for you Macy's.

So the whole point of this complaint is that you were made to feel like you weren't important enough because you only had $500 to spend on a dress, but yet you then go to another store and spend $3,800 on a dress???? A dress.
Seems you are the one that got screwed.
