LA Weightloss Center, signed for a refund, have not seen it and its been over 8 weeks. I have called for over 2 weeks and they will not tell me anything! Provo Utah

On September 7th I went into my LA weightloss center to sign for a refund, all papers were signed and I was told that I would see my check in the mail of over 1400.00 in 7 to 14 days.

I wait and wait and see nothing. So after 6 weeks of waiting I called them. They keep telling me that they will check into it and give me a call back. Never ever have I received a call back. I always have to call them and ask again about my refund. This has went on for over 2 weeks now, and they keep telling me nothing!

I am sick and tired of the run around and they have obviously not sent my refund and I do not think they have plans to do so! They are not going to keep my money! I called again just today and was told I would get yet another call back and you guessed it notta!!

Just thought I would say that It has now been 12 weeks and still have not seen my refund from LA weightloss center? I keep calling and calling!!! I have a feeling that they have no plans to send it...Consumers beware!!!!!

Let Me Try To Help You... inside information

Just to let you know a little inside information on this company and their "refund policy", there is not one! The actual center manager herself would probably love to give you your money back if your reason for wanting a refund was in the guidelines of the contract. It's the area managers in conjunction with the owner or regional manager who are the ones that are refusing to accept the fact that LA Weightloss is not for everyone. In training we are taught(brainwashed), that "all our clients are liars and procrastinators". People only want their money back because of buyer's remorse according to them. It's a shame at what a dishonest company this is. Maybe I can help you get your money back....A few questions though. First, what was the reason you wanted a refund, honestly? Second, did you "bulk" your LA Lites? Third, how long were you on "the program", and how many pounds did you lose?
