Performance Marketing Associates, LLC medi Colon Cleanse THIEVES, Sneaky, NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS Miami Beach, Florida

I found a website guaranteeing results with weight loss and a healthier colon. It was medicoloncleanse.com for $1.99 shipping you get a free trial. So I ordered it.

I checked my email daily, regularly, and recieved one from Grocery Shoppers Club saying I was now a member because I ordered the free trial. So I called them and cancelled my membership.  This was in August.

I checked my bank statement yesterday to find not one but 2 charges from medicoloncleanse.com on 9/2/09 they took $89.92 then on 9/17/09 they took $74.93.

I called Grocery Shoppers Club and was told to contact Performance Marketing

866-225-9239 .  I spoke to David. I was told that when I purchased the trial it automatically signed me up for them and they now could take money from my account. I asked for a refund and was told "I only had 14 days" from the date of purchase to return for a refund and opt-out. "You do not qualify for a refund" " you will not get one"

I asked to speak to a manager and he trasfered me to a machine. I left my message with my number and a little while later recieved a call from 310-217-4700  She said the same thing and that they sent out a new shipment on the 17th. I said we tried to put a stop payment on it and do not want it. I also said When it got here I'd return it and wanted my refund. She said "NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS!"

So now I have less money in my account, House Bills that will be late, Products that I do NOT want and The product only gives you nearly uncontrollable loose stools!
