I saw this Tea to loose weight on the Oprah Winfrey show. I thought they had to be a reputable company to actually appear on the Oprah show.

I recieved the tea and a bottle of Hoodia shortly after placing my order. I paid $83.90 for products and shipping. The tea nor the Hoodia worked for me. I contacted them two weeks after trying the product's. The email address did not work that I had just used two weeks earlier to order the product. I had to research to find the company I had ordered the product from. Finally I found them even though they had completely changed thier email address and name. I had a online chat with a gentleman by the name of Mark who gave me the information and procedure to recieve my money back guarantee. I tried this email address service@wu-yisource.com to begin the process of getting my refund. The emial address worked and I asked for my refund which was followed up by a generated letter that assured me that I would have my refund within two weeks. Two weeks came and went and I never recieved a refund. I tried emailing them again at this same email address and it did not work. Again I had to research the internet to find them. I found them using another name and I had another online chat with a gentleman named Larry and he pulled up my account and assured me that my refund was being processed and that I should have it within two more days. I have waited since August 15, 2007 and today's date is October 18, 2007 and still have not had a refund.

This was the beginning of the end of loosing my money to a company who changes thier name on a daily basis. This company is such a RipOff. Buyer Beware do not order any products from this company because they will not adhere to thier Money Back Guarantee. Plus, thier products do not work. This has been a nightmare ever since I placed my order. I am going to email Oprah Winfrey to let her know that this company is not a reputable company so that she will not invite them back on her show. Possibly she can contact the company and tell them of the complaints she has gotten pertaining to refunds.
