AFTER SEEING ALL THE ACAI NEWS ON T.V. AND ON THE WEB EX) ACAI BERRY ON OPRAH, ON RACHAEL RAY....) I THOUGHT I HAD NOTHING TO LOSE WHEN I ORDERED ACAI BURN. (ABSOLUTELY FREE TRIAL THE WEBSITE HAD SAID) THEN WHEN THE SHIPMENT CAME IN, I WAS CHARGED $4.95 FOR SHIPPING. i WAS OKAY WITH THAT. BUT KNOWING HOW THESE SCAMS WORK, I CANCELLED THIS PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY AFTER I RECEIVED IT IN THE MAIL, THINKING I COULD TRY THE FREE BOTTLE FIRST. WHEN I CANCELLED THE PRODUCT. I IMMEDIATELY RETURNED THE PRODUCT IN THE BAG THAT IT CAME IN FROM.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ON THE PHONE SAID SHE WOULD CANCEL MY SHIPMENTS BUT THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED $59.95 FOR THE FIRST SHIPMENT. I THOUGHT IT WAS A FREE TRIAL???? WTF. ANYWAYS, ALL I WANTED WAS FOR THIS TO BE CANCELLED. SHE CANCELLED IT. A COUPLE DAYS LATER, MY ACCOUNT HAD $59.95 TAKEN OUT.......INCLUDING TWO ONLINE BANKING FEES OF $2.95 AND AN INTERNATIONAL SERVICE FEE OF $1.95. THEY DON'T F**KING KNOW HOW TO STOP CHARGING MY ACCOUNT. I CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THEY WON'T RETURN MY MONEY AFTER I CANCELLED THE F**KING PRODUCT IN ADVANCE. I'M LOST AND IN AWE AT HOW SMART THEY THINK THEY ARE.
